There are several ways to design, implement and deploy an application. Some choices may be made before the run, thanks to the static nature of arguments: [TODO : improve list] scalability, time to implement, skills. Some other choices depend on informations that are known or more precisely known are run time ; it is thus more efficient to make these choices later, when the information is the more accurate as possible.

Using this dynamically retrieved information, a system should improve its run to provide the user a better experience. Each information should be used to continuously evaluate the best changes to do in order to satisfy as much as possible.
